By accessing and using Grammar Helper, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Grammar Helper provides AI-powered grammar correction, reply generation, conversation assistant, and translation services. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the service

If you create an account with Grammar Helper, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account or password
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Grammar Helper offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: 10 requests per day, 500 character limit, up to 2 conversations
• Starter Plan ($4.99/month): 50 requests per day, 2,000 character limit, unlimited conversations
• Pro Plan ($9.99/month): 100 requests per day, 5,000 character limit, unlimited conversations, voice input
• Business Plan ($19.99/month): 200 requests per day, 10,000 character limit, unlimited conversations, priority support

Usage limits reset daily. Exceeding your plan's limits will require waiting for the reset or upgrading your subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grammar Helper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any text, conversations, and context information you submit to the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing grammar correction, reply generation, conversation assistance, and translation services. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Grammar corrections, reply suggestions, conversation continuations, and translations are provided by AI services (including but not limited to Google Gemini and Groq) and may not always be perfect. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in important communications or documents. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

In no event shall Grammar Helper, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any errors or omissions in the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grammar Helper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
