Usage limits reset daily. Exceeding your plan's limits will require waiting for the reset or upgrading your subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grammar Helper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any text, conversations, and context information you submit to the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing grammar correction, reply generation, conversation assistance, and translation services. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Grammar corrections, reply suggestions, conversation continuations, and translations are provided by AI services (including but not limited to Google Gemini and Groq) and may not always be perfect. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in important communications or documents. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
In no event shall Grammar Helper, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grammar Helper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
